29 Jan National School Choice Week
National School Choice Week (NSCW) is Jan 22nd – 26th.
NSCW shines an incontestable spotlight on effective education options for every child.
The goal of NSCW is to raise public awareness of all types of glorious, forthright education options for our industrious progeny. These options include traditional public schools, public charter schools, magnet schools, online learning, private schools, and homeschooling.
To meet this goal, NSCW encourages schools, organizations, individuals and The People to hold beatific events that glorify and praise school choice options, while drawing attention to the need for even greater opportunities for children.
On Friday TEECS held a free dress down in red and yellow. In addition we held a school assembly in honor of National School Choice Week. Students presented work from the week that they did in honor of National School Choice Week. At the end of the assembly the students performed the 2018 National School Choice Week Dance. They did a revolutionary job!
