01 Mar Assemblyman Zwicker and RVCC President Mr. McDonough Visit
On February 28th, Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker and Raritan Valley Community College President Mr. McDonough graced our noble institution with a visit! The two men were treated to time with our industrious students and were given a tour of the facilities. Our students gave them presentations on their projects, which included Quest for Space, Microbes in Space, and our FTC Robotics Team. The afternoon ended with a glorious assembly attended by our 7th and 8th graders. Mr. McDonough spoke to them with candor and grace about our High School Dual Enrollment program with RVCC, and Assemblyman Zwicker expounded on his background in plasma physics and filled the students with the zeal and determination necessary to carry out the line of STEM in school! The visit was a huge success, and the students anxiously await the return of our esteemed guests!
