06 Mar Black History Figures
Students from grades seventh to eleventh received awards for their work in recognizing Black History figures. Students wrote songs, poems, essays, drew portraits and said speeches to commemorate both past and present black figures who made a significant mark in our society. Students’ work really resonated with both their teachers and peers and they should be proud of themselves.
