08 Jun TEECS Celebrates Field Day Virtually for Grades 4-6 !
On Friday, May 29th, TEECS celebrated Field Day virtually for grades 4-6. Field Day is an important tradition at most schools. At TEECS, we feel that in these incredibly challenging times this event is a unique way that we can stay connected as a community and support one another in a fun and meaningful way. All field day events were designed to be done at home either indoors or outdoors using common household items. Some events included Paper Plane Corn Hole, Sock-er Skee-ball, Bowl Ball, Water Bottle Trap, If the Shoe Fits, Backboard Bank-it, Coin Flip 400-meter Dash, Fast Folder Spoon Relay and a Scavenger Hunt. All students were encouraged to do the activities with their family members.
