05 Mar TEECS Speech and Debate team Wins @ Randolph Fall Classic Tournament
Congratulations to Veer Guda for placing 6th in the Lincoln Douglas Debate event at Randolph Fall Classic Tournament. He did exceptionally well to advance to the finals in his first tournament
The tournament offered 11 individual speech events and 5 different debate events. 317 participants from 35 schools and 4 states across the Tri-State area participated in this tournament.
Lincoln–Douglas is a one-on-one competitive debate that is focused on values and criteria. The format traditionally places a heavy emphasis on logic, ethical values, and philosophy.
