17 Mar National Science Olympiad -Best in NJ, 34th in Nation out of 281 teams!
TEECS Science Olympiad Team competed at a Nationwide Invitational Virtual Science Olympiad tournament on February 7th, 2021. A total of 281 teams competed over 26 events at this competition.

Machines—3rd Place
Ornithology–7th Place
Code Busters–14th Place
Cybersecurity–21st Place
Overall —34th place out of 281 teams!!!!
Science Olympiad engages cross-cutting concepts in all of its standards-aligned events, building 21st century skill sets essential to today’s science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) workforce. There are 26 events each in Division B (middle school) and Division C (high school), providing a platform for students to apply and display a wide variety of talents, from design and prototyping, to technical writing, to chemistry lab skills.
