Franklin Township: Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School Celebrates 1st Day of Class

SOMERSET, NJ – Today, Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School welcomed its students to their first day of school.

The kindergarten students started off the day with a few activities to help ease the transition from summer break to classroom learning.

“With parents by their side, students were able to enjoy a bubble show, receive balloon animals and get their faces painted,” TEECS Lead Person, Oguz Yildiz said in an email. “There were smiles all around. Best of luck to all our families and staff for a successful school year.”
