On Tuesday,  Feb. 11, Somerset County Sheriff, Darrin Russo, visited Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School and helped them celebrate Thomas Edison’s birthday. He visited the Kindergarten classes where he was presented with a student made thank you card, the fifth and sixth grade students prepared a skit and presentation about Thomas Edison’s achievements, Russo presented honor roll and high honor roll certificates to the high school students, and students on the robotics teams prepared a robot presentation.
