Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School sent three students to Chicago to compete in the 2019 MathCon National Finals. The first round of the competition was online with more than 50,000 students, only 900 students made it to the finals from 43 states and Canada. Among the 900 students, TEECS is proud to have sent the following students: Arjun from 5th Grade, Dhruv from 5th Grade and Sourish from 6th Grade. Dhruv earned an Honorary Mention and Sourish earned a Bronze medal.
